AAA RESTAURANT FIRE CONTROL was originally established in 1973. We were the first company in New England to be solely dedicated to the cleaning of kitchen exhaust systems. Our goal in 1973, and in 2008 (and beyond) is to provide our customers with fire safe kitchen exhaust systems.
